Unauthorized Discharge of dredged and/or fill material between 2008 and 2009 without a permit into approx. 3.6 acres of forested wetlands and approx 2075 linear feet of other waters of the US along Negro Foot Bayou, near Palmetto LA. The order is to restore to pre-project conditions and obtain an after-the-fact permit from the Corps of Engineers.
