This Administrative Order is issued to the Town of Albin, WY for failing to monitor the water for total coliform bacteria, exceeding mamimum contaminant level for total coliform bacteria, failing to take triggered source water sampling within 24 hours, failing to provide public notice of violations, and failing to report these violations to EPA.
