This is an Administrative Penalty complaint and consent agreement pursuant to RCRA subtitle C which simultaneously initiates and concludes this action with respect to KMG Electronics Chemicals, Inc. The violations alleged are: (1)failure to maintain adequate aisle space; (2) failure to conduct weekly inspections of hazardous waste storage areas;(3)training violations; (4)open containers; (5)storage of HW without a permit. The Respondent has agreed to pay a penalty of $20,000.
