This Administrative Settlement Agreement and Order on Consent ( Settlement Agreement ) is entered into voluntarily by the United States EPA and Respondent. This Settlement Agreement provides for the performance of removal actions by Respondent including recording any Environmental Covenant on portions of the Site where radioactive contamination may be present and also the reimbursement of certain response costs incurred by the United States at or in connection with the property designated Lindsay Light Operable Unit (OU) 18, located at 515 North Peshtigo Court, Chicago, Illinois.
