Zeller Plastik voluntarily disclosed that they failed to file Tier II reports for polypropylene and sulfuric acid in a timely manner for calendar years 2005 thru 2008. Zeller disclosed its violations within 21 days of discovery and filed the required forms on 2/19/2009.
