Respondents failed to comply with the Lead Disclosure Rule by not providing occupants of target housing with a lead warning statement, a statement disclosing knowledge of lead-based paint and/or lead-based paint hazards, or indicating no knowledge of lead-based paint and/or lead-based paint hazards. The Reponsents also failed to provide the occupants with a list or any records or reports regarding lead-based paint and/or lead-based paint hazards.
