This is an Administrative Penalty Action pursuant to FIFRA issued to Aqualine Warehouse, LLC. The violation involves distribution of unregistered pesticides, misbranded pesticides and production of pesticides in an unregistered Establishment. The Complaint proposes statutory maximum on five counts. To date, Respondent has not filed an answer to the Complaint. Pursuant to 40 C.F.R. Section 22.14(d), Complainant hereby withdraws the Complaint without
prejudice.
