EPA issued a $41,650 penalty order to Leading Edge Aviation for failure to comply with the Mojave Desert Air Quality Management District air pollution control Rule 1118 of the State Implementation Plan(SIP)requirements and to adequately respond to an EPA Clean Air Act Section 114 letter request for facility records that the facility is required to maintain related to their regulatory obligations.
