Xeridien Medical Devices aka MRI Manufacturing and Research Inc., and MRI Medical, Inc. has agreed to pay $31,900 for four RCRA violations including failure to make a hazardous wsste determination, failure to label containers of hazardous waste and to properly label a container of used oil and for open containers. The facility has corrected the deficiencies and returned to compliance.
