This is an Expedited Settlement Agreementthat EPA Region 9 initiated with Guam Dry Cleaners. For two subsequent inspections, Guam Dry Cleaners had failed to label containers in the Hazardous Waste Storage Area and in the Satellite Accumulation Area. The facility had also failed to ensure hazardous awareness training for employees. The facility paid a penalty of $2,450 and returned to compliance.
