## Summary

This case was based on visible fugitive emissions escaping several belt conveyor systems.  We are currently not able to calculate emission reductions, although PM emissions will  be reduced.  The facility installed enclosures around the belts cited in the NOV and agree to modify permits to state  no visible emissions  from these points.
