Respondent was operating the 1.024 acre site in Staten Island, NY without a permit or any stormwater controls. Refueling onsite without a spill kit, holes in the construction fence, discharge into the street, no concrete washout, no inlet protection, and various construction debris where all violations witnessed during the June 2, 2011 CEI. The Injunctive relief was calculated based on violations found during Site Inspection.
