Lakeland College disclosed that they were not covering containers at all times at their facility that housed hazardous chemicals. The company can into compliance by posting signs above containers to make sure all staff know that the containers must be closed at all times when not in use. Since the Wisconsin College self-disclosure guidance and the EPA self-disclosure policy were followed, no penalty was assessed.
