On April 19, 2012, Region 1 issued a SSURO to Wash Safe Industries, Inc of Brewster, Massachusetts for violating FIFRA. The SSURO was issued pursuant to Section 13(a) of FIFRA and the violations involved the sale and/or distribution of 13 different unregistered pesticides and also failure to register its pesticide-producing establishment(s) with EPA.
