EPA inspected, jointly with NH OSHA, in July, 2011, a single family home and found RRP workplace noncompliance including the use of prohibited practices as well as notification and recordkeeping noncompliance. The owner of Kindred was an uncertified renovator and uncertified firm. NH OSHA confirmed that lead was present on the property.
