## Summary

On April 4, 2012, Region 1 filed a CAFO that both initiates and resolves a Clean Air Act enforcement action against Thomas C. Michelson, an individual living in Stowe, Vermont.  The Region’s administrative civil claims against Mr. Michelson resulted from a violation of Section 112 of the CAA and the National Emission Standard for Hazardous Air Pollutants for Asbestos, 40 C.F.R. Part 61, Subpart M (Asbestos NESHAP).
