Administrative order by consent to address failure to properly operate and maintain the sanitary sewer system and illicit connections to the separate stormwater system. The order requires LWSC to conduct a capacity, management, operation and maintenance (CMOM) evaluation of the sanitary sewer system, develop and implement a preventative maintenance program, and develop and implement an enhanced program to identify and eliminate illicit connections.
