On October 13, 2011, EPA Region 6 issued an Administratice Complaint (Complaint) under its authority pursuant to Section 1423 of the Safe Drinking Water Act to Service Clearing Corporation (Service Clearing), located in Dallas, Texas. The Complaint was issued in response to violations of failing to submit annual operations reports for one well for the period October 2009 through September 2010. The Complaint requires Service Clearing to pay a monetary penalty and to submit the required reports. Service Clearing must respond to EPA Region 6 within 30 days from issuance of the complaint.
