On January 13, 2012, EPA resolved administrative penalty claims against Bio Defense Corporation of Boston, Massachusetts and Gotham Technologies, Inc. of Norwalk, Connecticut for violations of pesticide reporting requirements under FIFRA Section 7. Bio Defense and Gotham Technologies agreed to pay penalties of $3,315 and $2,970, respectively.
