Region 1 filed an administrative complaint against Private Reserve Properties, LLC (Respondent) alleging violations of the Lead Disclosure Rule under TSCA. Respondent owns and leases residential housing in Providence, Rhode Island. Respondent failed to provide numerous records and reports regarding lead-based paint and lead-based paint hazards to prospective tenants.
Private Reserve Properties, LLC has agreeed to pay a civil penalty of $21,857.15 and complete a Supplemental Environmental Project worth not less than $210,000 to resolve violaitons of Lead Based Paint Disclosure Rule found at 40 CFR Part 745, Subpart F.
