LAKE AIR SERVICES facility was in violation of FIFRA Section 12(a)(2)(G) which states that it is unlawful for any person to use any registered pesticide in a manner inconsistent with its labeling. A CAFO was issued to facility for their violation and penalty was accessed for violation. Penalty paid 11/14/11. Case closed.
