North American Research Corporation disclosed to EPA failure to submit the proper reports (Form 3540-16) to EPA showing that pesticide production had occurred at the company site at 519 Huffines Blvd., Lewisville, Texas 75056. North American Research Corporation has submitted required reporting requirements as of 9/9/2011 and is now in compliance with EPA FIFRA 40 CFR & 167.85(a). After reviewing the Audit Policy Checklist they submitted, 100% of the gravity base penalty was mitigated. Economic benefit was deemed insignificant. NOD issued 11/14/2011 with no penalty. No complying action amount cost.
