On 6/14/2010, Cremer Farm Center disclosed to the EPA that the Michigan Dept. of Natural Resources and Environment informed them that they were not in compliance with CAA 112(r)(7) in that they failed to file a Risk Management Plan on or before 6/22/1999 related to the anhydrous ammonia at their site. Cremer requested information on requirements for bringing their facility into compliance with CAA 112(r)(7) and has since achieved compliance.
