On March 2, 2012, Region 10 filed a Consent Agreement and Final Order for Clean Water Act violations by River End Dairy LLC in Nehalem, Oregon. River End Dairy LLC violated Oregon's NPDES CAFO general permit by discharging pollutants to waters of the United States. River End Dairy LLC agreed to pay a penalty of $6,300.
