On July 12, 2012, EPA Region 6 issued a Compliance Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) under its authority pursuant to Section 1421 of the Safe Drinking Water Act to Service Clearing Corporation located in Dallas, Texas. The CAFO was issued in response to violations of failing to submit annual operations reports for two injection wells. The CAFO requires Service Clearing Corporation to pay an administrative penalty for its violations. Service Clearing Corporation must respond to EPA Region 6 within 60 days.
