Region 10 and the Tulalip Tribes of Washington have signed an Administrative Order on Consent (AOC) that was proposed to address Safe Drinking Water Act violations at the Tulare Estate water system on February 8, 2012. The AOC is effective as of June 25, 2012. The Tulalip Tribes of Washington will address all violations for their water systemÂs failure to conduct required monitoring, Maximum Contaminant Level exceedances for Total Coliform, report violations to their customers, and submit reports to Region 10.
