On October 24, 2011, EPA Region 6 issued a Notice of Determination (NOD) and Compla nit and Consent Agreem4ent and Final Order (Complaint and CAFO) under its authority pursuant to Section 16 of the Toxic Substances Control ACT (TSCA), 15 U.S.C. Section 2615 to Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC (Oncor), Dallas, Texas. The NOD andComplaint and CAFO were issued in response to improper disposal of Polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) in violation of 40 C.F.R. Secito 761.50(b) and 7 61.60(a). The Complaint and CAFO requires Oncor to pay $13,607 and economic benefit of $11,832, and Oncor is certifying complaince with the TSCA PCB regulations.
