On January 11, 2012, EPA Region 1 issued an access order pursuant to CERCLA Section 104(e) at the Raymark Superfund Site.  EPA is conducting investigations related to potential vapor intrusion from a VOC-contaminated groundwater plume emanating from the former Raymark Industries manufacturing plant.  EPA issued the Order to obtain access to one restaurant to conduct indoor air monitoring and shallow groundwater sampling.
