On February 13, 2012, EPA Region 10 issued an Unilateral Administrative Compliance Order to a federally owned and operated drinking water system that is located in Indian Country for violations of the Safe Drinking Water Act and the National Primary Drinking Water Regulations. The Fort Simcoe Job Corps Center's drinking water system failed to conduct required monitoring, report violations to their customers, and submit reports to the Region 10 Drinking Water Program.
