This is a RCRA Section 3008(h) Administrative Order on Consent to implement Operation, Maintenance, and Monitoring requiremnets at the Columbia Manufacturing Company Site. Responsdents have already taken numerous steps to address contamination on this property, including, among other things, excavating soil, in situ oxidation, removing storage tanks and installing a groundwater recovery system. This order requires ongoing operation of the groundwater treatment system, groundwater monitoring, financial assurance, and monitoring of institutional controls.
