APDC was in violation of FIFRA 12A2N which states facility is required to file annual report due on 3/1/11 as stated in Section 7(c) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. and 136e(c), and 40 C.F.R. and 167.85(d). Penalty paid 2/23/2012. Case Closed.
