Sharda USA LLC is in violation of FIFRA, Section 12(a)(1)(E), 7 U.S.C. and 136j (a)(1)(E) which states that it is unlawful for any person to sell or distribute a misbranded pesticide under the Act. Sharda has product that is in violation of FIFRA because the product's label has the incorrect EPA Reg. No. 82633-18, instead of the correct EPA Reg. No. 82633-5. Stop Sale was issued 1/27/12. Stop Sale was released 2/7/12 when Sharda USA LLC provided verification that corrected remaining containers with the amended EPA approved label in a registered establishment. This verification serves as proof to EPA that the produce was relabeled in accordance with the requirements of the Stop Order. Stop Order Released 2/7/12.
