Economy Mud Products Company is in violation of FIFRA Section 12(A)(2)(N) which states that respondent is to file current year (2010) annual report by March 1, 2011. Economy Mud Products Company did not file it's annual report. EPA issued a Complaint and Consent Agreement and Final Order with penalty on January 31, 2012. Penalty paid 2/17/2012. Case Closed.
