PWS failed to monitor and report in accordance with National Primary Drinking Water Regulations (40 C.F.R. Part 141) and New York State Sanitary Code (Title 10 New York Code Rules and Regulations Part 5 Subpart 5-1). The Administrative Order requires the system to submit a schedule for compliance and provide evidence public notice has been performed. Complying action costs were captured under AO 02-2011-8016.
