## Summary

For at least the past five years, this facility has been discharging treated domestic wastewater to an unnamed ditch that flows to the Nisqually River, which flows to the Puget Sound without authorization under the CWA. On August 30, 2011, the facility also had a discharge of incompletely treated wastewater in an amount approaching 200,000 gallons. The FFCA requires the facility to submit a permit application, conduct and report monitoring results, and to take measures to prevent reoccurrence of the type of discharge like the one that occurred in August of 2011.
