Johnson Matthey disclosed violations of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) section 13, 15 U.S.C. 2612, when it failed to certify correctly at the port of entry that chemical shipments are subject to TSCA and are compliant with all applicable rules or orders as required by 19 C.F.R. 12.121(a).
