Electro-Coatings of Texas, Inc. was in violation of failure to submit Form Rs in a timely manner for 2006, 2007, 2008, and 2009. EPCRA regulation states in Section 313(a), 42 U.S.C. and 11023(a), and 40 C.F.R. and 372.30 states by failing to submit in a timely, complete and accurate Form Rs for the identified years is violation to EPA and to the State of Texas. CAFO (Consent Agreement and Final Order) was issued 2/6/2012 with penalty. Penalty paid. Case Closed 3/2/12.
