CURRENTLY, THE PROPERTY HAS BEEN TAKEN OVER BY THE SENECA    COUNTY (OA) AUDITOR FOR SALE IN A TAX FORFEITURE AUCTION.    THERE ARE, AT PRESENT THREE (3) TAX LIENS ON THE PROPERTY.   1) A $12,000 LIEN AGAINST BACK COUNTY TAXES OWED TO SENECA   COUNTY OA; 2) A FEDERAL LIEN HELD BY THE SMALL BUSINESS      ADMINISTRATION ( SBA ) FOR AN UNDISCLOSED SUM; AMD A FEDERAL TAX LIEN HELD BY THE INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE ( IRS ) FOR    $190,000.                                                        I AM WORKING WITH OSC STEVE RENNENGER AND ES EVETTE      BRYANT TO FIND POSSIBLE PRPS AND SEND THEM GENERAL NOTICE    AND DEMAND LETTERS.  WE ARE ALSO CONSIDERING A SUPERFUND     LIEN, IF A CLEANUP IS FUND-LED.  HOWEVER, IN LIGHT OF THE    OUTSTANDING LIEN AMOUNTS ALREADY ENCUMBERING THE PROPERTY,   THAT MAY NOT BE OF USEFUL SIGNIFICANCE.
