This is an expedited settlement agreement pursuant to Section 112(r)(7) of the CAA issued to City of Cloverdale, CA for the violation occuring at the City of Cloverdale Waste Water Treatment Plant. The violation involved failure to timely revalidate and resubmit the Risk Management Plan on the five-year anniversary as required under Section 112(r)(7) of the CAA. The Complaint / Consent Agreement establishes that Respondent will pay a penalty of $400.
