EPA entered into a $1750 settlement agreement for four counts of RCRA hazardous waste violations at Allied Pacific Environmental Consultants in San Jose, Saipan. The violations consisted of repeated failures to properly fill out hazardous waste manifests for the years 2009, 2010 and 2011. Allied Pacific took hazardous waste manifest training as part of the settlement.
