On February 17, 2012, Region 10 issued a Stop Sale, Use, or Removal Order (SSURO) to J.R. Simplot Company in Moses Lake, Washington. J.R. Simplot Company sold and distributed Amvac K-PAM Soil Fumigant and DuPont Manzate Flowable Fungicide that were mislabeled. The SSURO orders the company to stop selling the products until they are properly labeled.
