EPA Region 6 issued a Cease and Desist Administrative Order (AO) to Respondent, J.D. Sinclair Production, Inc., on March 2,2012, for unauthorized discharge of brine to U.S. waters. The AO requires the Respondent to cease all discharges from the facility, remove the brine from the creek and soils, and certify in writing that these requirements have been completed.
