CHEMINOVA, INC.is in violation of FIFRA Section 12(a)(1)(E), 7 U.S.C. and 136j(a)(1)(E) which states that product labeling differing from the current EPA accepted label (Storage and Disposal section) is in violation. EPA issued a Stop Sale, Use, or Removal Order (SSURO) on March 6, 2012 and CHEMINOVA, INC. by authority of above regulation is ordered to stop sale or distribution (importation) of the products listed in SSURO until all EPA requirements are met.
