## Summary

On June 26, 2012, Region 10 entered a Compliance Order on Consent with the co-permittees of the Pocatello Urbanized Area (PUA) Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4).  This enforcement action resulted from violations found during an inspection in June 2011. Violations found include stormwater website maintenance, employee training, mapping of the MS4 system, an inventory of industrial dischargers in the PUA, recordkeeping and monitoring assessments.  The terms of the compliance order require the Respondents to come into compliance with the permit requirements pertaining to these violations.
