On January 12, 2012, the Regional Administrator signed a Final Determination in connection with the violations self-disclosed by Silver Lake College.
The EPA concluded that Silver Lake College had met all criteria set forth in the April 11, 2000 Self-Policing Policy and mitigated the civil penalty to the college by 100%.
