n January 20 2012, EPA Region 6 issued a 3013 unilateral Administrative Order (AO) under its authority pursuant to the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) to Al-Kel Alliance, Inc. (Al-Kel) located in Wilmer, Texas.  The 3013 was issued in response to violations of improper handling of hazardous waste.
