Facility was issued with an administrative compliance order to require among others; a hydraulic/hydrology (H/H) study; an engineering study; development of protocols for rain gauge reading and recording; effluent sampling, testing and reporting; employee training; revision of the storm water pollution prevention plan; and records retention procedures. The Order also requires submittal of compliance cost reports.
