Stormwater associated with the industrial activity from this facility was discharged into Alexandria Bay via storm drain. An EPA contractor conducted a reconnaissance inspection of the facility on August 17, 2011. The Respondent failed to obtain coverage under the NYSDEC SPDES Multi-Sector General Permit for Stormwater discharges associated with industrial activity.
