ITT Flowtronex, LLC has disclosed for five of their facilities the following violations. Violation to FIFRA 7(a), 7 U.S.C. and 135(e(a0 and 40 CFR and 167.20(c) for not registering as specified by FIFRA. Violation of FIFRA 12(a)(1)(F) for distribution of misbranded labels. Violation to FIFRA 7(a); 7 U.S.C. and 136e(a) and 40 CFR and 167.20(c) for producing pesticides not registered with FIFRA. After reviewing the Audit Policy Checklist they submitted, 100% of the gravity base penalty was mitigated. Economic benefit was deemed insignificant.
