EPA is issuing a Notice of Determination and Notice of Violation (NOD/NOV) to Molex Copper Flex Products, Inc.Âs (Molex) Saint Paul facility for self-disclosing violations of National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) for Area Source Standards for Plating and Polishing Operations. Specifically, Molex self-disclosed its failure to submit an Initial Notification and Notification of Compliance Status to EPA as required by the NESHAP in a timely manner. The NOD/NOV resolves the case without any penalty.
